Consumers rate outlet store values

A Consumer Reports survey of 16,000 subscribers regarding the value and quality of goods at 53 of the biggest outlet stores yielded high marks for Haggar, OshKosh B’gosh, Izod, and L.L.Bean, but indicated dissatisfaction with others, including American Eagle Outfitters, Old Navy, Gap, Nike, and Levi’s.
