Amazon, Target, Marshall Field’s, Mervyn’s All Under One Site

Target Corporation unveiled a comprehensive web site with millions of products including integrated offerings from Target, Marshall Field’s, Mervyn’s and The new site,, which may also be accessed via, or, is powered with’s e-commerce technology platform.

The site features personalization, product recommendations, search functionality
across all stores, 1-Click® shopping, and one convenient checkout incorporating
all stores. will also provide order fulfillment and guest services
for, the electronic retailing and direct marketing
division of Target Corporation, will continue to manage the fulfillment for
items purchased under the Marshall Field’s and Mervyn’s brands on the web site.

Later this summer, will open a Marshall Field’s store at
, which will complement the existing online Target store, and include thousands
of apparel, home and unique signature products, including the Frango® line
of chocolates. Additionally, is launching new, national Marshall
Field’s Direct catalogs so that current guests and guests who don’t have a Marshall
Field’s store in their community can shop online from home or via catalog.

Right off the bat, the early winner has to be Amazon
which sees its relationship with Target further cemented as a result of this
