E-tailers make better employers than retailers

Michael Mandel, an economist at the Progressive Policy Institute, claims that jobs being created by e-commerce are growing at a faster rate than those in brick-and-mortar retail. The jobs being created by e-tailers also pay substantially better than those at traditional retail businesses.
