Guess executive chairman resigns following sexual harassment investigation

Paul Marciano, founder and executive chairman of Guess, has left the company following allegations of sexual harassment and assault by five women. Mr. Marciano’s exit follows an internal investigation that involved interviews with more than 40 people and a review of 1.5 million pages of documents.
