U.S. District Judge John McConnell has issued a preliminary injunction preventing John Lavin, a former executive from CVS, from working at PillPack, which is owned by Amazon.com. The judge ruled that Mr. Lavin’s employment at PillPack would violate a non-compete agreement he signed while working at CVS Health.
