Kmart Workers Need New Plan for Retirement

A settlement with Kmart means workers who lost millions in their retirement accounts when the company went bankrupt in 2002 will receive 10 cents or less for every dollar they put into the company’s 401K account before it filed for Chapter 11 protection.
