Kohl’s has yet to create promised jobs in home state

Kohl’s qualified for $62.5 million in subsidies from Wisconsin based on job creation goals at the new headquarters the company planned to build. Three years later, the company has not met its goals for capital expenditures and only added 473 of the 3,000 positions promised. Tax payers in the state are picking up about $14,000 for each new worker.
