Largest U.S. retailers rely on food sales to keep growing

Food is a big business in America and 14 of the 20 largest retailers in the U.S. include groceries among the items they sell. Walmart tops the list with annual sales of $387.66 billion, followed in the top five by Amazon.com, Kroger, Costco and Walgreens.
