Long John Silver’s hobbled by ‘Worst Meal’ rating

Management says, “Rebuilding a reputation can take time,” after having the chain’s “Big Catch” meal flagged as the “Worst restaurant meal in America” by the Centers for Science in the Public Interest last summer. The meal at the time contained 33 grams of trans fat, 19 grams of saturated fat and 3,700 mg of sodium, according to the CSPI.
