Macy’s, Nordstrom, Kohls top easiest returns list

Macy’s allows exchanges — without a receipt — for up to 180 days, and is ranked high on ConsumerWorld.org’s list of stores with easiest return policies. Target, on the other hand, again this year gets demerits for the numerous complications it imposes on shoppers when they try to return or exchange items.
