Patent office says nothing unique about Crocs’ design

The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office rejected claims by Crocs that rival companies, including USA Dawgs, have infringed on its designs. The agency made the decision after concluding that the Crocs’ design was not original. Another company filed a similar design patent a year before Crocs.
