Penney’s stock to continue trading on NYSE

J.C. Penney, which had been in danger of having its stock delisted after its share price fell below $1, rebounded to $1.13 on Nov. 29. The retailer is engaged in a turnaround plan under current CEO Jill Soltau. Previous attempts under former CEOs have failed to produce the types of results needed to help Penney dig its way out of billions in corporate debt.
