Police ID customer who threw steak at H-E-B cashier over meat limits

A man who allegedly threw steak and a bag of lettuce at an H-E-B cashier yesterday morning has been identified by the Leander (TX) Police Department. The customer, who was caught on the store’s surveillance video, is said to have become upset when informed about a limit on meat purchases.
