Swire Properties Inc, one of South Florida’s leading international developers of urban real estate, and retail co-developers Whitman Family Development and Simon Property Group, continue Brickell City Centre’s series of retail announcements with the newest selection of premier international luxury and contemporary brands joining its open-air shopping center. Leading UK retailers Ted Baker, a contemporary menswear and womenswear brand, and Agent Provocateur, a luxury intimate apparel brand, are among the mix of cosmopolitan stores set to open in fall 2016. The list also includes Italian linen apparel company 100% Capri and global footwear, apparel and accessories company Addict. Two additional European brands, French swimwear brand Vilbrequin and Monaco-based women’s jewelry merchant APM Monaco, round off the list.
