ChannelAdvisor Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering

ChannelAdvisor Corporation today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 5,750,000 shares of its common stock at a price of $14.00 per share. The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on May 23, 2013 under the ticker “ECOM.”
