Publix

Publix has once again been recognized by Forbes on its prestigious Best Employers for Women list, marking the fourth consecutive year for the supermarket chain’s inclusion. In the 2023 rankings, Publix secured the 133rd spot out of 400 companies and stood at an impressive ninth place within the retail and wholesale industry.

The company’s commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace has contributed to its continued recognition. Publix vice president of human resources, Marcy Benton, expressed pride in the company’s culture that allows associates to flourish and grow.

The rankings were determined through an independent survey in which over 60,000 U.S. employees, including more than 40,000 women, participated. The survey covered various aspects of the work environment, including career development, parental leave, flexibility, discrimination, and pay equity.

Publix’s consistent presence on Forbes’ Best Employers for Women list reaffirms its dedication to providing an empowering and supportive workplace for its female workforce.
