The Retail Industry Leaders Association urged members of the U.S. House of Representatives to pass legislation under consideration today that would protect the rights of workers targeted for unionization. The bill, H.R. 3094, the Workforce Democracy and Fairness Act, addresses two National Labor Relations Board decisions, one that allows unions to gerrymander a workplace and another that deprives employees of a reasonable opportunity to make an informed decision in a union election.
