Sears’ new parent co. sues its old one

Sears, now owned by Transform Holdco following a bankruptcy court auction, is suing its former owner — Sears Holdings — for allegedly failing to turn over $147 million in inventory as agreed to in the sale of the retailer. Transform, according to court papers, claims that Sears Holdings failed to turn over $78 million in inventory.
