Skogen’s Festival Foods acquires three stores in Wisconsin

Skogen’s Festival Foods has reached a deal to acquire three Trig’s stores in Stevens Point, Wausau and Weston, WI. The stores, which will transition to the Festival Foods banner next month, will bring Skoken’s total to 39 in the state. “There are a lot of similarities in vision and philosophy between the two companies,” said Mark Skogen, president and CEO of Skogen’s Festival Foods. “We look forward to welcoming the Trig’s associates and to becoming an active member of these great communities.”
