Sobeys to source produce from indoor farms

Sobeys has expanded its partnership with Infarm, a vertical farming company, to build four new facilities to grow produce for more than 1,000 of the Canadian grocer’s stores. Niluka Kottegoda, vice president of customer experience at Sobeys, said the company has received “overwhelmingly positive feedback from our customers and our store teams about the current Infarm product grown in our stores.”
