Study: Employers didn’t cut health insurance following ACA expansion

It’s true that companies have been cutting back on health insurance benefits for years, but the introduction of the Affordable Care Act (AKA Obamacare) and the expansion of Medicaid benefits in many states did not lead to a widespread decline in employer-based programs in those years as many critics of the law allege, according to new research by the University of Minnesota.
