Subway suing broadcaster over soy report

Subway is suing the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) over a report on the broadcaster’s Marketplace program that claimed tests of the sandwich chain’s chicken showed it to be made with soy filler. Subway is seeking $210 million (Canadian) in damages. The CBC stands by its reporting.
