Roughly 250 women participating in a class-action suit against Sterling Jewelers, the owner of the Jared and Kay jewelry chains, charge the company with creating a corporate culture that endorsed or turned a blind eye to sexual harassment and wage discrimination in the workplace. Sterling disputes the allegations.
