Supreme Court to hear case of baker who refused to make cake for gay couple

Oral arguments are set to begin a case going back to 2012 when a baker doing business in Colorado refused to make a wedding cake for a gay couple. Jack Phillips, claims that he was within his legal rights to refuse service as a matter of free expression and also because baking the cake would violate his religious beliefs.
