Trunk Club founder leaving Nordstrom

Brian Spaly, who founded Trunk Club and stayed on as its CEO after Nordstrom acquired the company, is leaving. In the fourth quarter, Nordstrom announced it was taking a $197 million impairment charge on Trunk Club, more than half the $350 million it paid to acquire the business in 2014.
