Unilever rejects Kraft Heinz’s merger proposal

Kraft Heinz, which was created as the result of a merger between two consumer packaged goods giants, has reportedly been looking for another megadeal. The company, which is owned by Berkshire Hathaway and 3G, said Unilever has rejected a “comprehensive proposal” it had made for a merger between the two companies.
