Push-up bras and the brand imagery of Victoria’s Secret is out of synch with women in the current marketplace. The chain’s buzz score among 18- to 49-year-old women has dropped three points in the last six month and eight points since 2016, according to a YouGov survey. The chain’s customer satisfaction score has also dropped from 42 in 2016 to 30 today.
