Walmart placed $66.4 million in television commercials for the holidays through Cyber Monday, down slightly from $67.6 million last year, while Target almost doubled its spending at $49.7 million, according to iSpot.tv. Overall spending on television commercials during the holiday season is up $105.2 million over 2015.
