Walmart Baby Days Savings Event Runs Through March 31
March 10, 2025
Walmart is running a promotion from now through March 31st that benefits the smallest members of the family.
In a press release, the retail giant announced that it is reintroducing Baby Days, with fantastic deals on must-haves for infants and toddlers available online and in-store until March 31.
Quality and brand reputation are most important when buying for infant needs, as evidenced by its customers’ feedback. According to a recent survey of shoppers, over 70% prioritize quality, while more than 40% seek out trustworthy brands. Parents desire reliable items, whether exciting new findings or those from well-known brands.
While fantastic prices make stocking up easier, a baby registry can help parents plan for the future. It’s more than just choosing items; it’s about feeling ready for the big (and small) occasions ahead. Parents told the retail giant what was most important, and they listened. According to the same survey, 67% of respondents stated a registry helps them plan for a baby, and 73% believe it is vital for gifting.
That’s why Walmart redesigned the Baby Registry experience to make finding, sharing, and receiving exactly what you need easier.
Walmart’s baby registry now offers a range of perks. After signing up, parents receive a free welcome box filled with complimentary baby and parenting essentials. The registry also includes gift tracking and gift receipts, ensuring stress-free returns. Parents can browse and manage their registry seamlessly online, through the Walmart app, or at any of the 4,000+ store locations. Helpful checklists provide inspiration and guidance across multiple baby-related categories, and registry users enjoy an exclusive one-year return window, giving them extra flexibility as they prepare for their growing family.
Walmart Is Opening New Locations
According to FinanceBuzz, Walmart announced in 2024 plans to expand over a five-year period. The company’s ambitious goals include opening around 150 stores under the “Store of the Future” concept, which includes improved retail layouts, more product selections, and cutting-edge technology.
The retailer’s expansion plans are driven by a desire to serve as many people as possible, create jobs, and establish itself as a low-cost favorite.
Last month, the company announced intentions to open eight more locations in California, Texas, Alabama, and Florida this year.
Walmart is also continuing to sell eggs throughout the current shortage, and it recently revealed how it does it.
Despite the persistent shortage created by the current bird flu outbreak, the business has promised to keep eggs on the shelves. Walmart is currently not restricting egg purchases, with the exception of a 60-count bundle.
“It’s really important to provide surety of supply for our customers so that they can come and get the items that they want,” CFO John David Rainey told FOX Business. “We’ve been fortunate to be able to do that, thus far.”
