Sears chances of survival seem slim

Transform Holdings, the owner of Sears and Kmart, has closed money-losing stores and sold off its DieHard brand to Advance Auto Parts for $200 million. Most retail industry watchers do not believe these and other actions taken by the company will keep the retailers from going out of business.
