Kroger Store Brands Offer a Leg Up to Earnings

In its second-quarter fiscal report, Kroger said that a record 26 percent of its grocery revenue came from its store brands. The effects of the weak economy were also noticeable in good performance from Kroger’s Food 4 Less format.
