Consumers Show 20X Preference for Browser-based Web, Tablet and Mobile Shopping Over Apps, Finds Zmags Study

Zmags today released the findings from a study of the behaviors and profiles of online and mobile shoppers. A key finding was that only four percent of consumers prefer to shop using mobile apps on their smartphones or tablets. By comparison, 87 percent of consumers prefer to browse and buy from websites via PCs or laptops.
