RONA Indies to Lowe’s: ‘No, thank you’

The Canadian home center chain RONA is comprised of a balance of 200 corporate stores and 164 independents. The latter have sent a letter to Lowe’s chief exec Robert Niblock respectfully asking he forgo takeover of the company.
