In somewhat of a role reversal, Walmart is increasing its emphasis on customer service heading into the Christmas shopping season with the addition of “holiday helpers” while Target is focusing more on the price portion of its tagline – “Expect More, Pay Less” – with increased marketing and free shipping on holiday orders.
