Mondolez CEO to step down in November

Irene Rosenfeld will retire as chief executive of Mondelez International in November. Ms. Rosenfeld will be replaced as CEO of the company in November by Dirk Van de Put. He is currently president and CEO of McCain Foods. Mr. Van de Put will become chairman of the company when Ms. Rosenfeld steps down from that position next March.
