Cities/states throwing money at Amazon to attract HQ2

Amazon.com is being offered millions in tax breaks and other incentives by cities and states looking to attract the company to build its second headquarters in their markets. The e-tailing giant has said it expects to spend up to $5 billion and employ around 50,000 workers as a result of the project.
