Nearly one-third of restaurants mislead on gluten-free claims

A new study published in the American Journal of Gastroenterology found that 32 percent of food labeled as gluten-free by restaurants contains some gluten. More than 53 percent of gluten-free pizza and nearly 51 percent of gluten-free pasta tested were found to include gluten as an ingredient.
