Bud Light tries to ‘evolve and elevate’ its marketing

Some Americans object to any attempts made by brands to be more inclusive in their marketing efforts. That is true of Bud Light, which faced protests after including a transgender woman, Dylan Mulvaney, in its advertising. Alissa Heinerscheid, vice president of marketing at Bud Light, said the brand has no choice to “evolve and elevate” since sales have “been in decline for a really long time.”
