Demand for Toys ‘R’ Us locations is weak

It appears likely that hundreds of the 700+ Toys “R” Us locations that are scheduled to close will remain without tenants long after the lights go out on the toy business. Of 140 stores that were put up for bid, only 50 were acquired and 30 of those went to landlords.
