Leo Roux, a transgender fashion designer who transitioned to a male in 2012, is creating clothing for the particular needs of individuals within that community. An estimate by the Williams Institute at the UCLA School of Law puts the number of adults in the U.S. who identify as transgender at 1.4 million.
