Lowe’s building tech hub in home state

Lowe’s has announced plans to establish a global technology hub in Charlotte, NC that will be housed in a new 23-story high-rise. The home improvement chain projects that the hub will require it to hire 1,600 new workers, while 400 employees will move over from its corporate headquarters office.
