Marketers shift digital ad dollars to audio ads
The Wall Street Journal 03/28/2022Sheets & Giggles, a bedding brand, spent $30,000 on digital audio ads and cut its Facebook and Instagram spending. The company’s sales declined 10 percent but its ad costs were 75 percent lower. “That was a huge signal for me that we’ve been spending on the wrong channels,” said CEO Colin McIntosh.
