Brian Cornell, the CEO of Target, is headed to the nation’s capital this week to meet with lawmakers who may consider voting for a border adjustable tax that would raise the cost of imports to the U.S. Mr. Cornell is being joined by other top executives from retail chains including Autozone, Best Buy, Gap and others.
