McDonald’s new CEO Chris Kempczinki, is looking to reverse a corporate culture under his predecessor where members of the company’s leadership team fraternized with rank-and-file employees after work hours. Mr. Kempczinki has spent his first two months on the job traveling the U.S. and Europe meeting with franchisees. “Some people perceived there was this macho, guys club,” said a person familiar with the situation. “That has now progressed to a more open leadership under Chris.”
