Apax Partners, a private equity firm that acquired Rue21 for $11 billion in 2013, fired longtime CEO Bob Fisch and senior vice president Kim Reynolds last week. The firm had no comment on a New York Post report suggesting the firings were done in a manner inconsistent with Apax Partners’ mission statement.
