Stitch Fix’s stock takes hit on subscriber numbers
December 11, 2018
The number of Stitch Fix subscribers during the holiday quarter has remained flat, news of which sent the company’s shares down 14 percent in after-hours trading. The clothing subscription service does not see the holiday quarter as important to its results as other retailers since most of its customers are focused on purchasing for themselves instead of others.
