Neiman Marcus has added mattresses to its online product selection. These mattresses are not the typical bed-in-a-box varieties that have become increasingly popular in recent years. Instead, Neiman Marcus is selling items such as a Shifman Saint Michele Oxford collection king size mattress and box spring set for $13,950.
