Businesses across the U.S. lament a lack of talent to fill information technology jobs even as many older workers in the field are bypassed for jobs. “More and more hiring managers associate technology innovation with youth,” Martha Heller, chief executive of Heller Search Associates, told The Wall Street Journal. “Age bias is alive and well in technology recruiting.”
