Express to close 66 stores by end of 2022

Express will close 31 stores this year and 35 by the end of next year as part of a plan to cut $80 million in annual costs. The clothing chain, which operates about 600 stores, said it would also relaunch its loyalty program and private label credit card in an effort to revitalize the lagging brand.
