Anthropologie reported that dresses made up seven of its 10 top sellers during the last week of February. “Up until recently, the fashion predominantly has been … casual and home comfortable,” said Richard Hayne, CEO of Urban Outfitters, the parent company of Anthropologie. “We’re beginning to see what I’m calling ‘go-out fashion’ start to take hold. The apparel business will be in for a change in terms of what categories we sell.”
